Explore this fascinating cultural and historical centre of India in in Delhi - the capital of India. Drive though "Lutyen's Delhi", visit the magnificent Red Fort of Old Delhi and enjoy a rickshaw ride through the narrow streets of Chandni Chowk. Your tour takes you onto Tehla, a small rustic village in the state of Rajasthan, Sawai Madhopur, famous for its Tiger Reserve in the lap of the nature called Ranthambore National Park. Continue onto Jaipur – India’s Pink City with its spectacular fort, palaces and majestic elephants, finally Agra, home to the Taj Mahal - one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Day - 1Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Traditional welcome on arrival followed by Garlanding and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 2In Delhi - Full day tour of Old & New Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive past the mighty Red Fort, proceed to visit Jama Masjid followed by a rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandini Chowk. Afternoon drive past the Government buildings of Lutyen’s Delhi followed by a visit to Humayun’s Tomb and Qutab Minar. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 3Delhi - Tehla (Alwar) - Afternoon village tour and Camel Cart ride
After breakfast, drive to Alwar (220 km / 4 - 5 hrs). Arrive Tehla and transfer to your hotel. After lunch, proceed for a village tour, visit to a local school and enjoy a camel cart ride. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 4In Tehla (Alwar) - Visit to Bhangarh Fort
After breakfast, proceed to visit the haunted Bhangarh Fort. Afternoon is at leisure to relax or indulge in optional activities / excursions. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 5Tehla (Alwar) - Ranthambore - Enroute visit Abhaneri Stepwell
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore (160 km / 4 hrs) and enroute visit to Abhaneri Stepwell (Chand Baori). Arrive and proceed to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 6In Ranthambore - Morning and Afternoon Jungle Safari
Early morning proceed for a morning game drive in search of the elusive Tiger. Later return to the hotel. Afternoon proceed for another game drive to the national park. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 7Ranthambore - Jaipur - Morning Jungle Safari
Early morning proceed for a morning game drive in search of the elusive Tiger. After breakfast, drive to Jaipur (160 km / 4 hrs). Arrive and proceed to your hotel. Evening explore the local markets and enjoy a heritage walk through the old city. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 8In Jaipur - Full day tour of the pink city
After breakfast, proceed to explore the Jaipur pink city with a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal. Continue to visit Amber Fort by on way Elephant Ride and return by Car / Jeep. Afternoon visit to the Jantar Mantar (Observatory) followed by visit to the City Palace and it’s museum. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 9Jaipur - Agra - Enroute visit to Fatehpur Sikri
After breakfast, drive to Agra (240 km / 6 hrs) and enroute visit to the deserted town of Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive and proceed to your hotel. Late afternoon visit to Agra Fort. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 10Agra - Delhi - Visit to Taj Mahal at Sunrise (subject to weather conditions)
Early morning visit to Taj Mahal at Sunrise (subject to weather conditions). After breakfast, drive to Delhi (204 km / 4 - 5 hrs) and enroute visit to the Tomb of Itimād-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj). Continue to Delhi and proceed to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 11Delhi Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Your room is held till 12 noon. Transfer to Delhi international airport in time for your flight for onward destination.
